Refund Policy

Last updated: September 2026.

All subscription payments are final. Once a payment for a billing period is successfully processed, it is not refundable — in full or in part — for any reason, including early cancellation, downgrading your plan, not using the service during that period, or dissatisfaction with the service. By subscribing, you agree to this policy.

This applies regardless of when in the billing period you stop using the service. If you subscribe and cancel the same day, or on the last day of your billing period, the outcome is the same: the amount already charged for that period is not returned.

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing — it does not refund whatever has already been charged. You can cancel at any time from your account's Billing page; your production instance and data remain available for the remainder of the period you already paid for.

Billing errors are the one exception. If you're charged twice for the same period, or charged an amount that doesn't match your actual plan due to a real error on our end, contact us and we'll verify and correct it — that's a mistake being fixed, not a refund of a correctly-processed charge.

Your own server's hosting costs (whatever you pay your VPS/server provider) are entirely separate from your HostOdooSH subscription and are not covered by this policy at all — that relationship and its own billing/refund terms are between you and your server provider.
