HostOdooSH manages Odoo deployments on a server you already own or control — you connect your own VPS or machine over SSH, and we handle provisioning, git-based deploys, backups, and version upgrades on it. We never take ownership of your server or your Odoo data; both stay yours, on your infrastructure, the entire time.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account, including any team members you invite. You're responsible for your own server's security, hosting costs, and its relationship with its own provider — those are entirely separate from your HostOdooSH subscription.
Current plans and pricing are shown on our Pricing page. Subscriptions bill monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider, PayFast — by subscribing, you also agree to their applicable terms for processing your payment.
All payments are final — see our Refund Policy for the full detail. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page; cancellation stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current period.
If a payment fails or isn't received, your production instance may be stopped until the account is brought current. If it stays unpaid, your project may eventually be deleted after a grace period — we notify you by email before that happens.
Don't use HostOdooSH for anything illegal, to host malware or attack infrastructure, to abuse shared platform resources, or to attempt to breach the security of the platform or another customer's instance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this, with or without notice depending on severity.
We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but the service is provided without uptime guarantees or a formal SLA at this stage. Your own server's own availability (power, network, its provider's own uptime) is outside our control entirely.
You retain all rights to your own code, data, and content. HostOdooSH and its branding are ours. HostOdooSH is an independent hosting provider — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Odoo S.A. or Odoo.sh; "Odoo" is a trademark of Odoo S.A.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostOdooSH isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss on your own server outside our platform's own backup features. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, acceptable-use violations, or legal requirement. On termination, your access to the platform ends; your own server and the data on it remain entirely yours.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If we make a material change, we'll notify active customers by email before it takes effect.
